One request/comment... the "User" has a mouth but no eyes. I think that the mouth is distracting, because it really doesn't add anything to the metaphor; rather, it makes the viewer wonder what happened to the eyes. Both Mac's and Windows' standard user icons are featureless, save the hair, and I think that this may be why.
Otherwise, very nice! The sparkles/box work well together, as well as the flask.

For compass it looks more like a egg, as there is this effect that make a look of it not like a round compass but bit like oval.
Lock, for it, if i look at it i can see some pixels there, and on other icons i see pixels too.
Dont know maybe thats my PC or something.
